- Lead high-volume recruitment drives for BPO roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies for bulk hiring.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job fit.
- Drive salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and employee experience.
Other Requirements
- MBA graduate with 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or bulk recruitment
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills to manage multiple positions
