Responsibilities

• Define Project Scope & Deliverables: Establish clear project objectives, timelines, success metrics, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations.
• Drive Governance & PMO Practices: Implement project governance standards, ensure compliance, and enforce PMO best practices across projects.
• Oversee Execution: Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; manage expectations and communicate project updates effectively.
• Financial Management: Track project budgets, billing cycles, and ensure financial health and profitability of assigned projects.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, provide mentorship, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation including SOWs, Change Requests, RAID logs, status reports, and lessons learned.
• Agile & Scrum Practices: Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) to plan, track, and deliver projects efficiently.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in processes, share lessons learned, and implement improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness.

Other Requirements

• Experience: 5–8 years in IT or Automation Project Management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience using PM tools like JIRA, MS Project, Trello.
• Certifications (Optional): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Ability to proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
