Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Manage due process support for banking customers, including:

  • Drafting due letters from advocate.

  • Handling one-time settlement (OTS) options.

  • Reminder management for repayments.

  • Legal follow-ups when required.

• Provide legal advisory and compliance support for both the company and Ignosi customers.

• Work with the technical team to automate manual legal processes and customize our LMS software accordingly.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure all legal operations are efficient and compliant.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).

• Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.

• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good drafting skills may also apply).

• Knowledge of contracts, debt recovery, and financial compliance preferred.

• Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Interest in legal-tech integration will be an added advantage.

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Full-Time).
