Responsibilities

• Work closely with business teams to identify, analyze, and document automation opportunities.
• Gather and define functional & non-functional requirements for automation solutions.
• Create detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with RPA developers to ensure accurate solution design and successful deployment.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and ROI calculations for automation projects.
• Support testing phases (UAT, SIT) and validate automated solutions against requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the RPA development team.
• Ensure compliance with RPA best practices, governance, and security standards.

Other Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA/Automation projects.
• Strong understanding of UiPath and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) capabilities.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation feasibility.
• Proficiency in creating business requirement documents (BRD), PDD, SDD, and test cases.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/MySQL), Excel, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with cross-functional teams.
