We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inbound IT Sales Executive with prior experience in IT services. The ideal candidate should be skilled at handling inbound leads, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into sales. You will be working with global clients, hence strong international client handling experience and excellent communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on inbound leads generated through various channels.
  • Establish initial contact with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present relevant IT service offerings.
  • Convert inbound inquiries into qualified sales opportunities and closures.
  • Maintain effective communication with global clients and ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service delivery.
  • Take initiative in identifying potential opportunities and proactively addressing client needs.

Other Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT services sales, with proven exposure to international client handling.
  • Strong track record of managing inbound leads and converting them into successful sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with initiative to drive results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is an added advantage.
