Responsibilities

⦁ Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
⦁ Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
⦁ Visit prospective clients to promote products/services and close sales deals.
⦁ Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
⦁ Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain accurate sales records.

Other Requirements

⦁ Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales.
⦁ Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory) and excellent fluency in English.
⦁ Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market visits.
⦁ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
⦁ Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
