Responsibilities
- Business development will be the main responsibility of
Branch Manager.
- Coordinate all departments to achieve business goal.
- Plan and implement online and offline marketing
strategies to develop the business. Prepare and submit Monthly Journey
Plan (MJP) on monthly basis.
- Evaluate competitors marketing strategies and update the
details to management for developing marketing plans.
- Coordinate the activities of ASM/ASE/Promoter to achieve
company goals by communicating Target, plan of action, monitoring, and
evaluating job results.
- Branch Manager will be the admin of sales management tool
“ Application”
- Branch Manager is responsible for the regular monitoring and
review of sales and marketing activities of company.
- Plan direct customer visits along with ASM/ASE to
maintain good relationship with customer and collect purchase orders.
- Review the performance of department staffs with the support
of data and provide proper training to improve the performance.
- Proper outstanding follow up with our customers to ensure

- Coordinate weekly & monthly meetings at office to review
the business performance.
- Check and approve the incentive & salary of sales
promoters prepared and submitted by ASM/ASE.
- Represent the company in events and conferences as and when
it is required.
- Appoint distributors in vacant market.
- Coordinate distributor appointment process.
- Priorities markets and determine market entry strategies
for new regions and for new and existing product portfolios.
- Collect and analyse market data to drive growth and develop
markets.
- Set target for all regions and respective employees.
- Monitor and review dealer wise sales report and report to
management.
- Adhere to company policy in order to achieve organization
objectives.
- Collect the feedback and customer complaints details from
sales and service department to ensure great service to customers.
- Conduct job & skill training to employees for better
performance
