Responsibilities

• Analyse, document, and validate complex business processes and requirements.

• Work with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.

• Translate requirements into BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment.

• Support UAT, track issues, and ensure business goals are met.

• Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and support change management.

Other Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex processes.

• Ability to write clear documentation (BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories).

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Good knowledge of tools such as JIRA / Confluence / MS Office.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in RPA, Automation, or Digital Transformation projects.

• Knowledge of SQL / basic database queries for data analysis.

• Exposure to Power BI / Tableau / data visualization tools.

• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

• Understanding of API integrations, web services, and system workflows.

• Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum (PSM/CSPO) is an added advantage.

• Ability to handle client communication and requirement workshops independently.

• Strong skills in change management and documenting SOPs.

• Exposure to HRTech / FinTech / ERP systems will be a plus.

Good to have

• Exposure to RPA / Automation projects or digital transformation initiatives.

• Understanding of system integration, APIs, and data workflows.
