We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive from Northern Kerala with 1–3 years of proven experience in selling agency services. The candidate must understand how to pitch and close deals in digital marketing, performance campaigns, branding, websites, and web apps.
Priority will be given to candidates who have:
• Prior exposure to the GCC market (direct sales or working with firms that entered GCC).
• Strong networks in the Kerala business ecosystem.
• Openness and ambition to expand into global markets.

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in Kerala, GCC, and global markets.
• Pitch and sell Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Branding, Website & Web App Development services.
• Understand client requirements and provide consultative, tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and trust.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent Koncepts Lab at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Design, Media) for seamless project delivery.
• 1–3 years of experience in selling agency services (digital marketing, branding, websites, or apps).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and performance campaigns.
• Prior GCC market exposure or sales experience with firms serving GCC is a major plus.
• Familiarity with Kerala’s business ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
