Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored IT consulting solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Delivery, Recruitment, and Technical teams) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Create effective proposals, presentations, and RFP responses to win new clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3 – 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in IT Services & Consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, staffing, or consulting services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Kerala candidates preferred
