Responsibilities

- Conducting thorough research on the Delivery industry to identify trends, preferences, and potential growth opportunities. 

- Creating effective sales strategies to increase the number of merchants on our app and boost customer(merchants) engagement. 

- Collaborating with the marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and events, showcasing our app offerings and expanding the customer base. 

- Working closely with the marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless app functionality and high customer satisfaction. 

- Assisting management in implementing new strategic initiatives and contributing ideas to scale up operations effectively within zones. 

- Planning and executing strategic projects driven centrally. 

- Maintaining strong relationships with merchant, especially merchant leads, advising them on market-related issues and offering solutions. 

- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction rating targets for the delivery fleet across all areas within your purview.

• Experience: Freshers, 0 to 2 years
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Skills in maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
