Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or remote access tools.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and standard office applications.

• Set up and troubleshoot computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices.

Other Requirements

• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners, and -cellular devices.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Knowledge of managing network equipment’s & anti-virus programs.
• Remote troubleshooting for End-user issues (Software and Hardware).
• Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
• Experience – 6 months
• Good communication skills in English.
• Good time-management skills
