Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud).

• Lead and execute migration of existing UiPath automations to Power Automate, ensuring functionality, performance, and scalability are retained or improved.

• Analyze existing RPA processes to identify dependencies, reusable components, and optimization opportunities before migration.

• Develop and maintain Excel Macros (VBA) for data manipulation and process automation.

• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into efficient automation solutions.

• Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of migrated bots to ensure seamless functionality.

• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, migration mapping, and deployment guides.

• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot automation-related issues.

• Follow best practices in RPA governance, coding standards, and security compliance.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA development and support.

• Hands-on experience in UiPath Studio (certification preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud flows).

• Practical experience in migrating bots/workflows from UiPath to Power Automate.

• Proficiency in Excel Macros / VBA scripting for automation and reporting tasks.

• Good understanding of process analysis, exception handling, and error management.

• Familiarity with APIs, data extraction (Excel, PDF, web, email), and database operations.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
