• Assist students in developing academic plans aligned with career aspirations and personal interests.
• Provide information on academic policies, procedures, and resources.
• Stay informed about curriculum, program requirements, and course offerings.
• Identify at-risk students and develop intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with the student success team on retention initiatives.
• Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and faculty.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
• Monitor student progress and follow up on action items.
