Responsibilities

Academic Counselling & Sales:

• Engage with prospective students to explain course offerings and career outcomes.
• Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable biomedical skill programs.
• Convert leads from various platforms (calls, social media,webinars, etc.) into enrollments.
• Follow up with potential candidates and manage the CRM database.
• Achieve targets for the Academy.

Other Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s degree (Biomedical/Science/Engineering/Business preferred)
• 3 –4 years of experience in academic counselling, edutech sales, or institutional partnerships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Passion for education in healthcare/biomedical domains
• Willing to travel
