Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the migration of RPA processes from UiPath to Power Automate, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze and document existing UiPath workflows, dependencies, and logic to design equivalent or improved Power Automate solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate, UiPath, and VBA Macros.
• Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365 ecosystem — SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Create and maintain reusable automation components, libraries, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities and enhance process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production bots and macro-based automations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
• Maintain clear documentation and version control of all automation projects.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development with UiPath and Power Automate.

• Proven experience in UiPath-to-Power Automate migration projects.

• Strong expertise in Excel Macros (VBA) development and automation.

• Knowledge of .NET, C#, JSON, REST APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform connectors.

• Good understanding of process analysis, optimization, and error-handling techniques.

• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, Power Automate Cloud Flows, and Desktop Flows.

• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to have

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400 / PL-500) certification.

• Experience integrating Power Automate with Azure services or third-party APIs.

• Knowledge of Power BI and AI Builder is a plus.

• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
