Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through leads provided by the company.
• Conduct timely and professional follow-ups to nurture client interest and maintain engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with potential clients.
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings for detailed discussions.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale.
• Participate in occasional site visits with clients to provide on-ground insights and support decision-making.
• Meet and exceed predefined sales targets and performance metrics.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience. Experience in turf, landscaping, civil construction, or sports infrastructure sales will be a plus.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi is required.
• Willingness to travel.
