The role involves guiding, helping, and supporting students throughout their learning journey, ensuring steady academic progress, operational discipline, and placement readiness. Associate Counsellors will act as the first point of contact for students and play a crucial role in maintaining Brocamp’s culture of consistency, accountability, and growth. The position also requires coordination between departments to ensure students’ success and a seamless learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and ensure students stay on track without dropouts.
• Track attendance, weekly progress, and discipline within the hub.
• Maintain accurate reports and trackers for student performance.
• Ensure students comply with Brocamp rules (attendance, project submissions, placement policies).
• Provide one-on-one support to students on their learning roadmap.
• Address student queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordination between departments.
• Ensuring proper course completion and improvised student success rate.

Other Requirements

• Graduate (any discipline; IT/Management background preferred)
• Prior experience in hospitality, managerial or client relations is a plus.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, energetic, patient, and student-focused approach.
• Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain discipline within groups.
• Salary Range: 21k - 40k
• The first two months will serve as the probationary period, and continuation of employment thereafter will be subject to performance during this period.
