Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance, set goals, and ensure adherence to sales processes.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion at the final stages of the funnel.
  

• Develop strategies for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Other Requirements

• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 - 30,000 + Extra Incentives (earn more if you enjoy selling!)
• Growth Path: You can become a Sales Manager within a year
