Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks.

• Review financial books periodically and provide guidance to the team.

• Review reconciliation of ledgers periodically and verify supporting documents.

• Analyse books of accounts and advise management on cost reduction and process improvement strategies.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure correctness of expenses and income.

• Prepare MIS reports including P&L Accounts, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and other reports as required by management.

• Coordinate with statutory auditors during financial finalization and audits.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles.
• Proficiency in Tally / MS Excel / ERP software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Excellent understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
