Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Utilize online sales techniques to enhance market reach and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market demands.
• Focus on selling technology products including E - commerce Softwares,Payroll Sofwares, ERP ,New Applications/ Enterprise etc.

Sales Operations:

• Oversee the sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Implement and optimize sales processes, tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train and motivate the sales team to deliver high-quality client interactions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance dashboards.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Attend client meetings, industry events and networking sessions to strengthen partnerships.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or other related field; MBA (Mktg) or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing roles, in the technology sector.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
