Responsibilities
- Exceptional Customer Service: Promptly greet customers, listen actively to their needs, resolve concerns, and provide professional, timely service to ensure a memorable purchase experience and high satisfaction scores.
- Drive Sales Performance: Diligently follow the established sales process (including demos and key sales principles) to meet or exceed monthly sales and income targets.
- Revenue Generation: Maximize every deal by expertly selling accessories, financing, and insurance products.
- Build Your Pipeline: Proactively prospect for new leads via phone, email, and face-to-face contact. Engage previous customers and notify prospects of upcoming programs and promotions.
- Maintain Excellence: Stay up-to-date on Mahindra and competitor products, track your territory's performance, and efficiently manage all paperwork and assigned tasks
