Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall accounting and finance operations.
  • Manage Accounts Management and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Handle financial transactions and ensure accuracy in records.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the accounts & finance team to ensure efficiency.
  • Liaise with US-based clients and stakeholders for financial matters.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

Other Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with US clients.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic thinker.
  • Familiarity with compliance, taxation, and audit processes.

Qualifications
  • Educational Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or Equivalent.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 9 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 2+ years in a Team Lead role.
