Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads into long-term clients across targeted industries.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through CRM tools, outbound strategies, and networking.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and an excellent customer experience.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of experience in the sales industry.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the communication technology or customer engagement platform sector preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High energy, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Strong networking ability with a proven record of closing deals.
