Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote company services.
Create engaging content for social media platforms and manage daily posts.
Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads effectively.
Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional events.
Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.

HR Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain attendance, payroll data, and employee records.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Support HR policy implementation and internal communication.

Other Requirements

Any degree (MBA in HR/Marketing preferred).
0–2 years of experience in marketing or HR (freshers can also apply).
