- Assist the HR team in recruitment activities, including job posting, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and operational documentation.
- Conduct outreach and follow-up communications with candidates, clients, or potential leads for HR and marketing purposes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operational support.
- Help organize team meetings, onboarding sessions, and engagement initiatives.
