Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads into long-term clients across targeted industries.
  • Manage the complete sales process: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools, outbound initiatives, and networking.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and demos aligned with client requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and excellent post-sale support.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
  • 1–2 years of experience in communication technology or customer engagement platforms preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, high-energy, and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
  • Strong networking skills with a proven record of closing deals.
