Responsibilities

1. Core HR Operations

• Manage HR policies, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
• Maintain HR records, handle payroll coordination, and ensure employee engagement.
• Assist management in manpower planning and workforce development.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for academic, technical, and administrative roles.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references, and campus drives.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts.
• Develop recruitment strategies for various Technovalley SBUs and client projects.

3. Student Placement & Corporate Liaison

• Build strong relationships with IT firms, corporates, and consulting companies for student placements.
• Organize placement drives, career fairs, and internship programs.
• Align student training outcomes with real-world hiring requirements.
• Maintain placement data, reports, and follow-ups with recruiters.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Management / Psychology / Commerce.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in core HR, recruitment, or placement services, preferably in educational or consulting organizations.
• Proven experience in agency-based recruitment or student placement will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
