Responsibilities

• Follow up with students and parents for pending and upcoming fee payments through calls, messages, and emails.
• Maintain and update payment records accurately in the student management or accounting system.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to reconcile payments and identify overdue accounts.
• Send reminders and payment notices as per due dates and policies.
• Address student or parent queries regarding fee structure, payment modes, and schedules.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on fee collections and outstanding balances.
• Assist students in using online/offline payment methods and issue receipts.
• Support the accounts and academic teams during admission and renewal periods.
• Ensure professional communication while handling sensitive payment-related discussions.
• Escalate chronic or high-value overdue cases to management for necessary action.

Other Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Basic understanding of accounting or payment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
• Polite yet persuasive approach with students and parents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in fee collection, accounts receivable, or customer service.
• Experience in educational institutions or training centers preferred.
