Responsibilities
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Coordination of marketing tele calling for cross selling and new sales closing
- Collection of water test result and client requirement list from project manager /sales executives for quotation preparation
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project - Plant layout design, Quotation, Work order, Purchase request etc.
- Preparation of Quotation and Plant layout as per the direction of project manager and collecting approval from higher authority
- Attending direct customers and presenting products to them through demo presentation.
- Coordinating the purchase order processing with concerned department by issuing purchase request.
- Daily communication with project manager to get the daily project status/sharing any official information’s
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Support project manager by issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
- Support project manager to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensuring project deadlines are met:- Follow up with installation team to check the status of installation
- Preparation of daily report and send the same to Project Manager
- Adhere to company policy in order to achieve organization objective
