Responsibilities

1. *Platform Management:*
  - Manage and oversee product listings and storefronts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other third-party sites.
  - Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search visibility.
  - Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as necessary.

2. *Internal Website Operations:*
  - Update and maintain product listings and content on timepads.in.
  - Coordinate with the web development team to ensure the website is functioning smoothly.
  - Implement and manage promotional campaigns on the website.

3. *Sales Optimization:*
  - Analyze sales trends and data from all platforms to identify opportunities for growth.
  - Optimize product pricing, descriptions, keywords, and images to enhance visibility and sales.
  - Utilize analytical tools and reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

4. *Inventory Management:*
  - Work with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are maintained across all platforms.
  - Coordinate shipments and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  - Handle returns and resolve any product-related issues.

5. *Marketing Initiatives:*
  - Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including sponsored product ads and promotions.
  - Collaborate with the marketing team to align online campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
  - Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

6. *Customer Service:*
  - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly across all platforms.
  - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain positive ratings and reviews.
  - Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

7. *Analytics and Reporting:*
  - Produce regular sales and performance reports for review by senior management.
  - Use insights from data analysis to propose improvements and new strategies.
  - Monitor and report on the competitive landscape and market conditions.

Other Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Flipkart.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies and SEO.
- Proficient in using eCommerce tools and analytics software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Good to have

- Experience with Google Analytics, Seller Central, and other eCommerce tools.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic website updates.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
