Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to international prospects, introducing products or services, and convincing potential clients to make purchases or engage further.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, contact, and qualify leads through cold-calling and database follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the company’s products/services and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and other performance benchmarks.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and provide information about products or services as needed.
  • Sales Presentations: Provide online presentations to prospective customers, explaining product/service features and advantages.
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching target markets.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  • Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential leads and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing relationship management.

Other Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in telesales, particularly in an international setting, is preferred.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage international customers.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills with a proven ability to close deals over the phone.
  • Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with different time zones, cultures, and customer preferences across international markets.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Ability to handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
