Responsibilities

• Manage and Maintain IT Infrastructure: Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security, including managing hardware, software, and network systems.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Administer and support Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms such as OneLogin and Okta to ensure secure access to systems and applications.
• Google Workspace & Microsoft O365: Manage the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 environments, including email, collaboration tools, and user accounts.
• Endpoint Management: Utilize Microsoft Intune and Jamf/Kandji for mobile device management (MDM) and ensure security policies are applied across company devices.
• Network Administration: Configure and manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and access points to ensure a secure and reliable network environment.
• Active Directory & WSUS: Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) for effective user authentication and timely software updates.
• Audio-Video Conferencing: Set up and support audio-video conferencing systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the company.
• Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation of all IT systems, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Python Scripting: Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate IT processes and increase operational efficiency.
• IT Support: Provide expert-level support for all IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand IT needs, implement solutions, and provide training as necessary.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of IT hardware and software.

Other Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or a related role.
• Expertise in OneLogin, Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Intune, Jamf or Kandji.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, including firewalls, switches, access points, and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory management, including Group Policy and WSUS.
• Proficiency in audio-video conferencing setup and support.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Python scripting experience for automation and process improvement.
• Fluent in English communication—both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
