Responsibilities

Staffing and Recruitment:

* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
* Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates to meet staffing and recruitment objectives.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain accurate records and update recruitment databases.
* Build strong rapport with candidates and internal teams through effective communication.

HR Generalist Training:

* Receive training on core HR generalist functions, including employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
* Support the creation, maintenance, and implementation of HR policies and processes.
* Assist in HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in BBA/MBA
* Experience: Freshers with a strong interest in HR functions.
* Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
