Upwork Account Management
- Maintain and optimize ATeam Soft Solutions' Upwork profile to attract potential clients.
- Update portfolio items and service descriptions to showcase our capabilities and expertise.
Bidding and Proposal Writing
- Identify projects on Upwork that align with our IT service offerings.
- Write persuasive, customized proposals to secure contracts.
- Submit bids on time and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Client Communication
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the internal team, including developers, designers, and project managers, to align project requirements with our services.
- Ensure seamless handover of client expectations to the execution team.
Market Analysis
