Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify and research potential clients in the target market through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, etc.).
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
    • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company products or services.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, as well as existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and pain points and offer tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial stages of the sales process.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and generate new business.
    • Create customized presentations, proposals, and pitches to win business.
    • Close deals and negotiate contracts with clients to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
    • Use market insights to adapt strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
    • Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, or the sales approach.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure seamless communication across departments.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set goals, track progress, and develop business development initiatives.
  • Client Presentations and Product Demonstrations:

    • Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of the company’s offerings.
    • Answer client queries and address concerns in a professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:

    • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company policies.
    • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurate and agreed upon.
  • Sales Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
    • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management on business development efforts and outcomes.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
