Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in targeted industries and develop a sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain technical products and solutions to clients, ensuring understanding of product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand product specifications, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions that align with their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate technical proposals, product specifications, and pricing quotes.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring all requirements are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing post-sales support and addressing any technical concerns.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams (engineering, product development, customer support) to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical training and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the product effectively.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to enhance product knowledge and expand the customer base.
