Responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for identifying initiatives & creating a product roadmap to execute on the product strategy for your squad.
• You’ll work with product analysts & talk to users to build/validate different hypothesis.
• Work closely with the product design team to craft something better than any other alternatives in the market.
• You’ll work with the engineering team to put a launch plan together and roll out new products & evangelise the impact on business.
• You will work with your product lead & business counterpart to shape the product strategy. You will look at data, competitive landscape, talk to users, take inputs from other stakeholders, use first principles thinking.
• You will work closely with your team to ensure we’re being data oriented, have a high bar for user experience & enable the right processes for collaboration to meet this bar.
• Iterate & Repeat.

Other Requirements

• You have PM experience of 3-6 years and are extremely strong at first principles thinking.
• You enjoy building businesses & not just product features.
• You are passionate about building beautiful & intuitive products.
• You have a high sense of ownership and relentlessness hustle to get things done.
• You’re able to rally your & others teams behind your vision.
• You want to build your own billion dollar startup some day.
• Ex-founders or consultants with prior consumer internet experience (and other folks who are ambitious & generally thrive in ambiguity)
