• Handling customer complaints and questions in a professional manner

• Maintaining a clean and organized work space
• To ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods to customers.
• To establish and maintain good relations with customers.
• To promote the company’s products and services to customers.
• To keep accurate records of deliveries made.
