Responsibilities

- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements.

- Testing and Calibration: Coordinate with testing laboratories for material testing, ensure testing equipment calibration, and maintain records.

- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and checklists to ensure quality standards are met.

- Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and corrective actions.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, such as ISO 9001.

- Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality-related matters.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues.

Other Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in high-rise building construction in similar role

• Education: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Salary: Up to 50kpm + statutory benefits
