● Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads, market trends, and competition. Gather and analyze data to support business development strategies.
● Assist in generating leads, initiating contact, and converting them.
● Build and maintain relationships with potential leads, industry professionals, and strategic partners.
● Communicate effectively to promote the institute's offerings
● Support in the development of business proposals, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling materials for client engagement.
● Provide support to the sales team by coordinating meetings, preparing sales kits, and assisting in the sales process.
● Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information.
● Assist in preparing reports and presentations on business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline status, and conversion rates. Provide regular updates to the team.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas and information in a clear and concise manner.
● Basic understanding of business development principles and strategies. Keen interest in the digital marketing industry and willingness to learn.
● Proficient in conducting market research and data analysis. Ability to gather insights and make data-driven recommendations.
● interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and network effectively. Comfortable interacting with professionals at different levels.
● Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
● Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
