Responsibilities

Primary:

• Provide consultation services to address potential client’s interest in Visa or holidays, including establishing the suitability of the candidates' eligibility and ensure sales conversion
• Utilize the leads assigned and focus on increasing the customer base making the best possible conversions with minimum lead loss.
• Educate the customer on various Immigration procedures during the selling conversation and set right expectations about the processes involved in approval process
• Be updated about changing visa rules and regulations for all countries
  
  

• Prepare and present a convincing sales pitch for our visa products and services ensuring conversion of the leads assigned
• Follow-up as promised with the customer and maintain strong client relationship
• Liaise with the operations team and ensure the customers are being delivered the services on time
• Ensure customer makes the payment as defined in the SOP and adhere to the process
• Build confidence and trust among the customers and always be patient to answer their queries
• Handover the travel requirements clearly to the operations team and ensure all services are provided as promised
  

Other Requirements

• 50% marks in any graduation
• Minimum 1 year experience in travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage
