• As a Recruiter - Field HR, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring for field positions. 
• Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. 
• You will also be tasked with maintaining strong relationships with business partners and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
