Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients in India/Kerala, promoting our contact center software solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, research, and referrals.
  • Travel: Travel within the region to meet clients and close sales opportunities.
  • Closure & Negotiation: Manage end-to-end sales processes, including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Relationship Management: Establish long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the contact center software domain.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and post-sale support.

Other Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in selling contact center software solutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and close deals effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Networking: Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to meet potential clients.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of contact center technologies, CTI, IVR, and CRM systems preferred
  • BPO: Candidates with BPO experience will have an added advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
